2. Project Phase Invitation Announcement May 8, 2008
3. Implementation of Phase I
4. Project Development Phase - Completed
5. Contract with the Maine DECD - Completed
6. Awaiting contract from the Northern Maine Development Commission for Feasibility Study (Signed)
7. Feasibility Study is underway
8. Two meetings held with Citizens Advisory Group by Joella Theriault of NMDC for the Feasibility Study
9. Study is ongoing with a final meeting to be held with the Public and Citizens Advisory Group to be scheduled at a later date.
10. UVEC will post the date of the final meeting.
4. Request for Proposals for Feasibility Study

The Feasibility Report has been completed and is available at the Stacyville Town Office.
The Citizens Advisory Group attended several meetings during the finalization of the Feasibility Report and they had a meeting with Stephen Mooers of Penquis Housing to seek advice on the next steps. Steve Mooers advised the Citizens Group to let him study the report and then seek an investor who would be willing to construct the facility. The project is awaiting an investor or investors to build and manage the Housing Project.
